Our manufacturing engineering staff has extensive experience in assembly-line design. In all of our operations, we employ ergonomic and lean manufacturing techniques to insure the best utilization of capacity and overall quality. Our manual manufacturing lines include operator instructions and defect boards, automated inspection stations to insure product quality, and auto dump chutes for secure isolation of suspect parts. Our resident automation group provides in-house design and build of custom automation.
