Transfer Case Bobbin

Thermotech was the vendor of choice for this program because of our capability in custom bobbin manufacture, our automation expertise and our experience in molding exotic resins. We assisted in the design of this product to improve its manufacturability.

Our process for molding this bobbin is completely automated. The terminals are automatically formed after the bobbin is molded. The formed terminals are then post-molding inserted using Thermotech-designed custom lugging equipment.
