High Voltage Ignition Coil

Our customer had struggled with coil winding downtime and scrap wire due to flash and mismatch on multi-flange bobbins from other suppliers. They then came to Thermotech for this coil form because of our specialty in multi-flange bobbins. We employ a unique tooling approach to achieve precise, flash-free components for this challenging application. In addition, we assign a toolmaker to each program in order to develop the expertise needed to manage the complex tool maintenance required.
