Basic requirements:
- 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED, a good work history, and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Most production-related positions require standing, walking and light to moderate lifting and physical exertion.

Normal Business Hours/Work Schedules:
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- 1st shift - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd shift - 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekend Crew shifts may be available at specific locations.

Screening/Interview Process
- For open positions, a Thermotech Application for Employment or resume is required.
- Qualified candidates will be contacted for personal interviews. In some cases, a phone screening may be conducted.
- Acceptable and interested candidates will be required to complete a drug screening at the Company's expense.

Selection criteria are developed based on experience, attributes, and competencies needed to meet and exceed performance expectations under current or emerging conditions. The selection process for some positions may utilize a structured team interview to determine the candidate's fit based on the targeted criteria.
