Bobbin for Anti-Lock Braking

This part was originally produced by our customer's in-house molding operation. During a tour of the customer's facility, we recognized an opportunity to save them money. Plagued with quality problems and high costs, our customer welcomed our ideas. In moving the program to Thermotech, we redesigned the tooling, retooled the terminal inserts and automated the insert loading. The result was a significant increase in product quality and a 65% reduction in product costs. The move to Thermotech saved the customer over $2 million per year.
