Incoming Material Quality Control
All incoming materials are evaluated for consistency and purity, to insure that they meet our demanding specifications. Samples of every lot and shipment are retained for a minimum of five years for future lot traceability.

Post Molding Part Analysis
Thermotech's polymer lab supports the new product qualification process by testing for degradation and verifying crystallinity after sampling. This information is used to set the processing parameters needed to create the highest quality parts. Once a part is in production, these same tests are used to insure ongoing quality.
