Thermotech has the talent and tools to support your product development process.We have a dedicated staff of engineers, with years of tooling and plastic molding experience, ready to assist in your design process. Through concurrent engineering -- working side-by-side, engineer to engineer -- we work to address potential manufacturing issues before the product enters into production. We also help you select the raw materials to maximize product performance. A mold designer, dedicated to the project, gets involved at the beginning, insuring consistency throughout the program. Our early involvement in your product development not only eliminates headaches, it saves both time and money.

Technology
At Thermotech, we utilize the latest computer software to assist in product development. We use innovative applications such as Moldflow Plastics Insight^TM and Moldflow Part Adviser^TM to simulate the filling of plastic parts. And through the testing of multiple scenarios, we can determine the optimum tool and product design.
