Dedicated Project Manager
Thermotech has a defined process for managing your program. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned when the program is received. The project management professional follows the project from the beginning, beyond production, through to the end of the program. They are the leader of a cross-functional team consisting of representatives from: Sales, Estimating, Tool Design, Tooling, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Development, Quality and Manufacturing.

The main role of the Project Manager is to provide effective communication between the customer, vendors and members of the cross-functional team. As part of this communication, the customer regularly receives updated GANTT charts, showing the progress of their program.

Dedicated Process Development
At Thermotech, we have a dedicated staff of manufacturing engineers whose job it is to define the process parameters for manufacturing the product. By employing scientific process methods, including Design of Experiments, cavity pressure technology and In Mold Melt Rheology, they develop statistical models of your product's performance and identify the process "sweet spot" where all specifications can be consistently achieved.
