APQP
Thermotech practices Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). A cross-functional team is employed to map out the process and to predict and address any potential issues. Specific steps employed by Thermotech include:

Incoming Materials Analysis
Thermotech's in-house Polymer Analysis Lab tests incoming raw material to insure that it is free of contaminants and that it meets the material specifications. For more information on our polymer lab, click here.

Process Control with Defect Detection
All molding machines are equipped with microprocessors to monitor the control plan conditions of the process. If the process moves out of control, suspect parts are automatically isolated via dump shoots, robot, and/or reversing conveyors.

PPM Levels
Thermotech constantly monitors its quality performance and implements continuous improvement ideas.
