Manifold for Automotive HVAC System

Our customer came to Thermotech with this part after other manufacturers and even the resin supplier told them that it couldn't be molded. The length-to-thickness ratio on the tubes was considered to be too long and the shut-offs were seen as too difficult. By applying our expertise in materials, tooling and processing, we were able to develop the product. We've been molding the part successfully for over eight years.
