Helicopter Distributor Block

Thermotech's material and process expertise were put to the test with this critical application. To assure that problematic knit lines and internal gases would not result in electrical arcing, we designed overflow areas within the tool for gas to escape. The resulting material from these overflow areas is machined off in a subsequent operation.
